Ms. Kanschat is an expert in clinical workflow analysis, application strategies and budget development. Ms. Kanschat has more than 20 years of experience providing executive oversite on multiple, high profile/high risk clinical systems programs for organizations.
These include Accenture, Cedars Sinai, City of Hope, Cottage Health System, Hoag, MD Anderson, Houston Methodist Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Partners Health Care, UCLA. She is responsible for overseeing the development of the TOCCORP Diagnostic tool.
John Flis, PMP, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Flis has more than 20 year of program oversight experience in healthcare IT construction, overseeing strategic projects at Cedars Sanai, City of Hope, Kaiser and NYU. Prior to joining TOCCorp, Mr. Flis developed a healthcare IT cost calculator that was used on a $2B construction portfolio and was audited by an independent 3rd partner.
Mr. Flis is responsible for overseeing the development of TOCCorp’s HIT Mark© software, which is used for benchmarking existing project budgets and developing new budgets that accommodate the necessary enhancements identified during the TOCCorp Diagnostic process.

Mr. Finch is one of the top marketing experts in the high-tech industry, having launched over 500 products for 100’s of vendors including Microsoft, HP, Adobe, Intel, Aldus, Epson, AOL, WordPerfect, Novel, Autodesk, Citrix, IBM, Sony, Disney, Lotus, 3M, GE, Dell, Boeing, NEC, Toshiba, Netscape, and iOmega. He has been quoted in over 100 publications including CNN, ABC, CBS, Business Week, Entrepreneur, and has raised over $27 million in funding.
He is the former VP of Sales and Marketing with TAC (now called MarketStar–grew to over 4,000 people), a VP Marketing at Goldmine Software (#1 Rated CRM), VP Marketing at Harcourt (Sea World, Neiman Marcus, Harcourt Education), Sr. VP Marketing at $48 billion Motorola, and VP Marketing at $130 billion GE. In addition, he helped form Red Storm Entertainment with Tom Clancy, and led the marketing team that published Netscape Navigator, which inaugurated the .com era.
